Oracle today announced a new release of Sun ray software 5.2 that enables easier deployment and improves audio, video and smart card support as a part of enhancements to their virtual desktop solution. The challenge with most Virtual desktop solutions have been the ability to deliver a full blown multi media experience and oracle claims that this release will help deliver that with optimized network utilization.
