Upgrade clearcase Ver4.1 to 2003.06.00 on AIX

I think you cannot do it directly (you need to upgrade first to 5)...

* Answer file for install_release ('x' to by-pass reading)
* Lock Manager parameters, and port ranges in atria_start
* Shipping bays for MultiSite in vob servers

* Feature Level Compatibility over MultiSite
* Changes to element types with Feature level 4
* Reqmaster compatibility
* The date format used in the logs changes (release notes)
* CtCmd and other perl packages

Be aware that you'll suffer a significant performance degradation with
clearmake the day you migrate from 4.1 to 2003. We have a service call open
with IBM Rational today, and we are still waiting for a fix. IBM told us
that they have received several reports of the same problem, but no fix in
sight.

The problem appears to be with the parsing of conditional macros in
makefiles. After the initial parsing is done, clearmake performance is fine.
But in our case, what used to take one minute for loading up all the
makefile fragments now takes 15 minutes!!! Not very happy, but what can we
do?
