Default Sysback 567 and AIX 5.3 tl 5

We have a p570 that has a NIM server setup as well as sysback. When
trying to restore a server to the p570, the restore always hangs at
error code 609. I have looked up this error on IBM's website and have
checked all the IP settings and permissions to the tftp files in
question. I have compared the NIM and sysback settings on this server
to another working NIM and the settings and permissions are exactly
the same. In SMS the server I am attempting to restore can ping all
the applicable devices. I have already rebuilt the OS from scratch and
reconfigured NIM and sysback and the spots and LPP sources. I have
also tried using a different switch port and cable as well to try to
rule out the network. I am just trying to see if anyone has seen this
issue where every sysback restore hangs with error 609 and provide any
clues as to what to check while I am waiting to talk to technical
support.
