The more info you can give the better the response you will get... anyway.. I gather that both disks are in rootvg? and that they are mirrored? If they are mirrored, rebuild your blv on hdisk262 bosboot -ad /dev/hdisk262 Any errors or output? what does bootlist say now? |

You can also run ipl_varyonvg -i to list all disks that can be made bootable. Since this is SAN, you may have to take extra steps to make it bootable. J. |

Alright dude I have a suggestion of wat i would do in ur situation. restart ur pc and load it up in safe mode wit networking. usually you have to tap F8 while ur pc is restarting and it will take u to a black screen with this option. After choosing safe mode with networking by using the arrow keys and hitting enter on it jus leave the pc to start up. in this mode all the normal drivers like the visuals and junk is turned off so the pc should b moving crazy fast according to how much ram u got. when yr on the desktop screen hit the start menu and on run type in ms config and hit enter. yr pc might ask you if ur sure u want to open the folder just say yes.. |
