Post CANalyzer - Acknowledgement Problem

I am using CANalyzer for Bootloader and OPS software.

Right now, I am transmitting the data from the SRecord to the firmware through the CANlyzer.

The program is written in such a way that, when a data frame is sent from the GUI to the firmware through the CANalyzer, the GUI waits for the acknowledgement from the firmware before sending the next frame.

Issue : The issue i am facing right now is that the acknowladgement could not be received for some of the frames which is sent.
I am able to see that the frame has been stored in Firmware memory and it also sends the acknowledgement but i am not able to receive some of the acknowledgements.

I request you to help me in resolving this issue.
