Mirror PVCS to MKS

I have a PVCS 8 instance that we are using and due to other recent
requirements source code is being pushed to the servers with MKS
exclusively. We are not going to change our existing system due to
already paid for licensing, so was wondering if anyone knew of
anything out there that could mirror our PVCS content to MKS so we can
still work in PVCS but upload the changes to the servers with MKS when
needed without manually having to upload the differences.
