This is a forum of busy and serious (i mean, with sense of humour of course) people and such sick messages should not be posted here. So whoever is posting, please find your appropriate site/forum. I would like to know if there is any moderator of this forum and can they block such kind of messages? Regards (Sukumar) |

Each group exists because the "managers" of a very large number of servers all over the internet have individually decided that their servers will accept messages posted to some subset of all the groups that exist, and automatically exchange messages with one another to make them widely available. There is no owner, there is no central server, there is no moderator. There is no way to reliably delete a message because some server somewhere will not delete it, in fact most servers do not do deletions because of the strong possibility of malicious deletions. If you use a newsreader client instead of the Google interface, there are ways you can block out most undesirable messages, but you have to do it yourself, no-one can do it for you. E |

May i know how to > block it myself? > > Regards > > (Sukumar) Very shortly after I had posted the above reply to you, I received a number of "out of office" email messages from people I had never heard of, with the same subject as this post, implying that someone had sent them emails with forged headers so that they pretended to come from me. This is a common trick of spammers and I do not appreciate having my email address misused in this way. The timing and the use of the same subject suggest that someone with access to your email accounts is behaving very badly indeed. As to your question, I have no time to write a book. I suggest you start with www.newsreaders.com . E |
