Default How to copy a package

This is DB2 V9.5 on Linux. On my DB2 server, I have 2 instances, Production and Training. Each instance has only one database so the Production instance has PRODDB and the Training instance has TRAINDB. The training database is refreshed from production every weekend (drop database, restore...AS...).

The databases are accessed from a Distributed environment (JAVA) and our Mainframe (z/VSE and CICS).

Here is the issue. If a new mainframe program is moved into production during the week, the Package in Training does not match the Phase in the VSE Phase library.

How do I backup, export, copy the package from the production database to the training database? They both use the same VSE Phase library.
