| I am having difficulty finding a solution to this error message that I found in the db2diag.log. This occured while testing a HADR setup. Can anyone help with a solution or pointers what and where to look for answers? The error message that I have follows:: SQL2171N The update of the recovery history file failed because the specified object part does not exist in the file. Explanation: The entry specified to be updated in the recovery history file does not exist in the file. The utility stops processing. User Response: Resubmit the command with a valid entry. The db2diag.log text where this error was found follows: 2009-10-28-04.28.03.729000-240 I1096F533 LEVEL: Error PID : 2980 TID : 6056 PROC : db2syscs.exe INSTANCE: DB2INST2 NODE : 000 DB : SAMPLE APPHDL : 0-378 APPID: *LOCAL.DB2.091027065556 EDUID : 6056 EDUNAME: db2redom (SAMPLE) FUNCTION: DB2 UDB, database utilities, sqluhUpdateSingle, probe:652 MESSAGE : SQL2171N The update of the recovery history file failed because the specified object part does not exist in the file.
