Rule: email that has blank Subject or Sent by

I am having problems in setting up rule that will move email that has
blank subject lines, or blank From lines into my spam folder.

For a reason that I cannot determine, our barracuda spam filter is
moving the headers of the html message into the body of the message,
so the email comes into my email box with a blank subject and from
to. I have not been able to set up a rule based upon the body of the
message, have tried just about everything that I can think of with no
luck.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
