Unix command for Optim Database Administrator - ibm-db2

It is the free product that will replace Control Center. Optim Database Administrator provides additional functionality (on top of Data Studio), but it is a paid product. |

About $5K USD from what I can tell. I would hang on to the CC for the Visual Explain if nothing else. The Visual Explain in DS is not the same (don't know about Optim). Even though CC and Admin Server are "deprecated" in 9.7, they are still there and still should work. They might be completely removed in a future release, but that has not happened yet. |

Thanks guys! I've tried the Data Studio and I think it is useless especially for a DBA. I'm so disappointed on the DB2 version 9.7 ...... |
