dB2 UDB 9.7 LUW clpplus local connect syntax/support

clpplus is jdbc driven.

A local connect (no userid/passwd if server authentication has been
done) is:

jdbc:db2:database-to-connect-to

Is this possible?

Would expect: clpplus /

but prompts for a password where it shouldn't.
