call for co-developer

We have written an accounting and project management system in
Informix 4GL (RDS). We want to convert it to Postgresql 8.3 and Aubit.
We want to make this a open source project. One of the problems is
time, manpower
and the language. The language used is Dutch.

Does anyone has interest in becoming co-responsible for this
application? Dutch speaking is a must.

Since no one has responded, I will suggest using "translation
websites" to get around the language problem. I like to use:

I would be interested in doing that. I have used HOD and Unicode to get the applications to display and use other languages including Dutch, French, Arabic, and Italian.

Did you use some base code accounting software and then modified it to make it a project management and accounting application? Did you use any 4gl CASE tools like Informix Form or Informix Reports to develop the application?
