Default ITIL Wording - Must or Nice to Have?

Hi all,

I've got a question about ITIL wording.
When implementing ITIL, is it necessary to introduce ITIL wording for all
functions and processes, or is that just "nice to have"?
Concrete example: Do I have to rename a "User Helpdesk" to "Service Desk",
or is it sufficient to have a manual which translates these wordings into
their ITIL counterparts?

Regards,

Christian
