Lotus Notes folders do not scroll

Hi,

I wonder if anybody can help as I have searched everywhere and cannot
find anyone else who has had this problem in Notes 6.5.4.

In the mail view, if they have so many folders they go off screen at
the bottom, so you have to scroll down the folder window if they move
the mouse to the bottom / top of the folder list it does not auto
scroll. They only way they can scroll is by using the scroll bar. This
is an annoying problem when people are dragging messages to folders -
if they correct folder is not on screen they have to use the scroll bar
then drag and drop rather than doing it in one fluid movement. If you
do try and drag a mesage and 'autoscroll' the folders by hoovering at
the bottom of the visible folder list the messages flashses as if its
trying to scroll, but does not.

However, the autoscroll works for some people, but not others. They are
all running similar machines under XP. Has anybody got any
suggestsions.

i had the same problem. to fix this problem, check ur mouse-driver. i installed it new and now it works fine.
