Has enyone time to help a newbee in Lotus Notes

Hi !
I want to learn Lotus Notes so I went to got version of Lotus Notes
Designer 6.5. Now I have realized that it is quit tricky and I need
some help.

For my first project I have decided to make a time database. A
database which will keep track of my time spent at work. I have
started to make a form that has tree fields. Came, Gone and TotalTime

TotalTime should show the diffrens in hour and minutes between Came
and Gone.

How do I do that ?

Can someone help me ?
