ISP blocks port 25 outbound

Since my ISP comhem is blocking all traffic over port 25 I signed up for
DynDNS MailHop Outbound service. With the page
I
configured the following

Server document:
Ports / Internet Ports / Mail
SMTP Outbound: 2525

Configuration document:
”Router / SMTP” / Basics
Relay host for messages leaving the local internet domain: outbound.mailhop.org
Use authentication when sending messages to the relay host: Enabled
Name: XXXXXX
Password: XXXXXX

Ran the command “tell router update config” just to make sure changes was in
effect. That didn't work so I restarted the server but it will still not work.

When I send an email I always get Mail delivery failures with 550.
