NebulaXLite updates - Real spreadsheets from BASIC

With nothing else worthy of discussion since the USA election I
figured it wouldn't do any harm to post a product update.

People occasionally express interest about generating Excel reports
here. Many of you are using NebulaXLite, either the free developer
license and/or in an end-user site, and some of you have simply
expressed interest. Please see my blog for a new intro to NebulaXLite.
It's both for those who haven't seen it, and an update for those who
are using it.
