key macro with pico or nano

hi

is it possible to define simple key macro with pico or nano?
simple fixed macro would do. preferrable definable via config file.
I can use F1-F12 keys.

I often need to comment out or uncomment a line, so the key would look
like:
comment="# left left down"
uncomment="delete delete down"

Private sites are an obvious first if you can get in while theirs an open sign up. Other than that kick resstorrents.com, and of course the famous pirate bay. or for tv shows a good one is http://eztv.it/. Or just search Google for best torrent sites.
