You don't have a clue that obesity is more than a bunch of "think positive" Pollyanna glurge. Not everyone can do some of the things you mention and some of your "suggestions" might actually discourage those trying to lose weight.


For example, a person with bad arthritis might just love to "go on a walk" or run but be physically unable. A garment that's too small could depress someone and lead to more overeating to self-soothe..
