Default What is fab-xlate-topo.xml

Dear all,

I find a /tmp/fab-xlate-topo.xml

I have no idea what it is except that I did a lot of things on fmd
in order to fix my fmd problem previously. This file is automatically
created and generated for each startup.

Is there any way to suppress it? Thank you very much.

If it's created each time you boot, then one of your startup scripts
is creating it, or running some program that's creating it. It can be
a tiresome task trying to determine which of potentially hundreds of
startups is creating the file.

But if you can determine what program is creating it, you can change
the startup script to not start that program up, if you don't need it.

I would say that, unless it's chewing up tons of space, ignore it. If
it *is* chewing up tons of space, create a startup script that removes
it, set up to run after all the other startups have finished starting.

Hope that's helpful.
