problem with starting SQL Agent on SQL Server 2008 Express

I installed a copy of SQL server 2008 Express. I can see SQL Agent from the
Server Configuration Manager, but I can't start it - get error.

Any fix?

Yuelin,

That is because it is not intended to work with SQL Server 2008 Express. It
is a poor method of implementing that packaging decision. See Jasper
