InterForest Server 2003 domain migration of SQL 2000 server

I am attempting to find information for an IT director on the steps to
complete an interforest server 2003 domain migration of SQL Server 2000 SP4.
The client is using SQL for Microsoft Dynamics.

I am an IT consultant, but I have never worked with SQL. My task is to
gather information and pass it along to the IT Director.

A search using google does find some information, but for the most part the
hits point back to the same hand full of postings.
