Express 32 bit import export wiz insists on dropping tables

I have the following situation: Machine with SQL2008 express installed.
Restored Backup from previously existing database of different collation.
Blank database with SQL2008 default collation and all tables and constraints.
I try to "BCP" in the data with the 2008 32 bit data wiz. I have disabled all
the constraints and every time I try to run the wizard I get error - table
object already exists. I have ticked the delete rows and enable identity
insert and unticked the drop table option - seems to have no effect
