Default 12.5.2 ~ Upgrades ~ Archived Releases - help plz

Hello

I am faced with a specific situation and have done my research and as
such what I need from one good person is thus simple.

The problem:

- I have an old Database that is on Sybase ASE 12.5.2.
- I want to upgrade this to 15.03
- It passes the preupgrade and this is the route I have taken thus far

- Upon doing the actual ./upgrade it fails:

Adding new configuration variables to sysconfigures.

*** Error 20: upgrade: no row returned from syscurconfigs for config number 408
*** Error 41: Could not obtain configured value for 'number of open partitions' from syscurconfigs.

- Per my knowledge this is a version issue going off of:

5.2.4 Configuration parameters
New configuration parameters have been added in 12.5.3a.

My thoughts on the solution:

Wouldn't this lack of fields simply be fixed by applying an upgrade from 12.5.3a and then upgrading that to 12.5.4 and then further onto 15.03

With that said, my problem is that the 2x versions of Sybase ASE that I need to approach this are nowhere to be found. Now without ranting about sybase removing old versions and not having an archive in sight...

How can I get my hands on linux x86 versions of ASE 12.5.3/4 ?
(I am not a subscription holder nor ever will be nor feel I should pay for what was once freely available and probably is still)

Thank you.
