Default How to authorize permission to ssh users in Solaris 10?

Hi all,

I use Solaris 10 x86, and create a new user to let him access via
SSH.
However, he can't use any command which I already installed even make
or gcc command.
I tried to add this user to adm or root group, but in vain.
Also, I tried to access Solaris using root via SSH, which is fine with
command, but couldn't read some libraries which exist under usr/local/
lib/
Is there any permission I should set?
Could anyone help? Thanks in advance.
