If you were a glutton for punishment, you could write a
program to run from the shell in an xterm to do specific
window motion operations on other windows, with something
like the following command syntax:

movewindow WINDOW-TITLE NEW-POSITION

But that would open a debate as to whether that program
would constitute a window manager.
