which way to go

Hi List!

I need advice on which product to use? I hope u guys can help me?

I do not wat to pay loyalties to databases like SQL Server or MySQL
when I distribute them within my application. So Codebase came up with
its db engine product. But Now I am in doubt using which of their
product.
Bundle with CodeBase db engine or CodeBase ODBC for Windows can do the
same (using ADO accessing to dbf files created by FOX PRO). In the
latter case where is the db engine go to? Without the support of the
engines, how might it work.

I am not a DB person so please clarify the points for me?
