Hi Tom.

Just a thought.
Is your machine available iptables (firewall) ?

Here is my result.
No rules is setting.

# /sbin/iptables -L
Chain INPUT (policy ACCEPT)
target prot opt source destination

Chain FORWARD (policy ACCEPT)
target prot opt source destination

Chain OUTPUT (policy ACCEPT)
target prot opt source destination

If you can see any rules in your machine,
you need configure iptables entry using GUI or iptable command.
