maybe you should try to ask in a microsoft newsgroup.
I know there are a couple of commercial conversion tools

You could write your own export routine in Lotusscript and save down all
your contacts in .CSV format, then import them into your Outlook address
book.

I have heard about different tools,which work with emails. But yesterday a lof of my emails were crashed,and no one knew how. Then,I entered the Internet and absolutely by chance noticed - repair outlook express win98. I downloaded it and after that I was surprised,reason of the program resolved my trouble for a minute and I didn't spent my money. The software demonstrated me how it recovered all messages, contacts, address books and other items.
