HTML email via COM object (domobj.tlb)

  1. HTML email via COM object (domobj.tlb)

    Hello all-

I'm having quite an issue here. I'm a VB/ASP programmer who exists in a
Lotus Notes email environment. I have some VB apps that need to email some
things so I've recently discovered the COM object for Lotus Notes -
    domobj.tlb.

I've figured it out just enough where I can send basic (read plain text)
emails from my VB apps. However, I've run into the need to send HTML
formatted emails and A) have no clue how to do that and B) cannot find any
sort of formal documentation covering this topic.

Would anyone in this forum be able to point me in the right direction?

I'd truly appreciate it!!! If you email me back personally, please use the
address down in my email sig.

    Thanks,

    Dan

HTML is not intended for email, and should not (ever) be used for email.
Tell that to whatever pointy-hair boss that came up with the idea. :-)
