It will not affect the existing SQL Server instance.
All you have to do is run the SQL Server express edition setup program.
During installation provide a instance name for the new named SQL Server
This will create a new instance of sql server. Since you are installing
multiple SQL server in the same machine ensure that you make the memory
static for each instances
