Default to CSV

We have users that run a report that occasionaly is very large. It is really
more of a data file-type report. We need to change it to only execute in CSV
format.

Is there a way to update the report definition to only run in CSV format?

I see the information about passing the Format=CSV parameter but I don't
know how to include that type of parameter directly in the report definition
via Visual Studio.
