Oracle Standard Edition is available on machines or clusters supporting
up to 4 CPUs, at $15,000 per CPU (unlimited users), or $300 per user
(minimum 5 users). This includes RAC at no extra cost.

There is a cheaper edition as well, Standard Edition One, available on
machines supporting up to 2 CPUs, at $4995 per CPU (unlimited users), or
$149 per user (minimum 5 users). This does not include RAC, and indeed,
RAC is not available with this edition.
